Still none.
Sleep?
Much better! I’ve tried a new night routine which involves showering right before bed, rather than in the mornings. It’s made so much difference. There’s still a few bad nights, like last night, where I’m just so uncomfortable that sleep takes hours to achieve, but I’m making progress.
Best moment this week?
I don’t mean to brag, but I got two really good night’s sleep in a row…
Movements
She’s definitely running out of room which means she’s getting her little feet stuck in my ribs, and it makes it more difficult to get rest without feeling every single movement – big or small.
Food cravings?
None this week.
Symptoms?
I’ve started experiencing Braxton Hicks; they’re not painful, just a little uncomfortable with the tightening. Despite the better sleep here and there, I’ve been feeling more fatigued. Then lastly, the lower back ache is getting worse!
Belly button in or out?
Out.
Wedding rings on or off?
On.
