The weather this past week has been a massive mood

The weather this past week has been a massive mood-booster ☀️ anyone else feel the same?

And the cherry on top is that a part of the estate’s park in front of our house has finally been opened! Both a blessing and a curse - great for the weather and nice to sit outside whilst watching our toddler run wild. But not so great when you’re indoors and all you hear is “I want to go to the park” whilst your kid is staring at it through the window as they eat lunch 🤦🏼‍♀️

Where do you recommend for cute decor? The last bits I need to do in my daughter’s bedroom is adding little decorative touches. I don’t want clutter, but this area of the room is definitely looking a little bare!

I’m not confident when it comes to DIY and rely

I’m not confident when it comes to DIY and rely on my husband to do all the work - I just draw the vision, point at where things are going and hold a paintbrush whilst doing so 💁‍♀️ but, on Valentine’s Day (we don’t celebrate this) I took the day off work and was determined to give it all a go on my own…starting with my daughter’s bedroom.

And, I did all of this with a mild migraine 😅 I really was pushing through and no wonder that migraine lasted 2 days 🤦🏼‍♀️

I’m so pleased with the finish look!
