And just like that, I enter a new decade. I’ve never been fussed by turning another year older and always believed in “age is just a number”. For some time I’ve been so excited to turn 30 – leave my 20’s behind and start a new decade of memories, now as a Mum (a tough gift to beat).
I’ve done a lot of reflecting over the last thirty years of my life and there’s been lots of ups and downs, and lots of achievements, as well as fails, but overall I’ve had a pretty successful and happy 30 years of life. So, I’m looking forward to enter this new decade and see what the future holds.
I’ve entered my thirties as a mum to my beautiful daughter, a wife to my amazing husband, and surrounded by supportive and loving friends and family – what more could a woman want?
